How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Thewoodsideboxingacademy Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to send a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Thewoodsideboxingacademy Windows & Siding
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please note that Thewoodsideboxingacademy Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@thewoodsideboxingacademy.skin and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
What Happens After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
